In the last 3 years, Hickok Cole Architects has successfully designed, documented and built more than 25 new or substantially renovated office buildings in the District, Virginia and Maryland. These buildings, totaling more than 7.5 million sf, represent over $750 million of construction. According to a recent Washington Post article, Hickok Cole Architects is responsible for 22% of the current and projected office buildings in the District. We enjoy strong working relationships with the various DC approval bodies, from local ANC’s to the Historic Preservation Review Board, the Board of Zoning Adjustment, the Office of Planning and the Commission of Fine Arts. |
