Project Description: Dance Place has partnered with Artspace Projects, Inc. to provide affordable, rental live/work studios for working artists and persons who can demonstrate a commitment to their craft but derive their income from other sources. The project is divided into two sites: housing on one site and Dance Place on the other.

Project Size: 60,000 sf, 41 residential units, 22 parking spaces
