Project Size: Music Center: 30,000 sf

Project Type: Renovation of JC Penney building into new music center. The Fillmore Music Hall will be located on the Lee Development site and will be a LEED Silver certified project featuring a planted roof, the first of its kind built for a perfoming venue in this area.

Completion Date: 2011
