Hickok Cole Architects also has a depth of understanding and knowledge of the real estate market that is unusual among design firms. We understand the market dynamics and the impact of time on a project and the value of good design. Our clients trust us because we know where we can stretch and where we can’t.

Finally, we get projects approved. The firm has strong working relationships with all of the DC approval bodies from the local ANC’s, to HPRB, the Office of Planning, the BZA and the CFA. We understand the zoning regulations and how to be apply them to the problem at hand, both downtown and in the suburbs.
