The project consists of new construction with adaptive re-use of an existing 2-story auto works building and two 4-level townhouses. The building will include 176,000 sf (176 units) residential, 2,300 sf retail and 40,000 sf parking. Hickok Cole is also providing Interior Design Services for the common areas and amenity spaces, including the main residential lobby and lounges, common corridors and elevator lobbies, management and leasing office, club room, fitness center and business center.
