Erin Flynn joined Hickok Cole Architects in early 2015 as a project designer. Her time is spent designing and managing the real estate selection, design, and construction processes for corporate interior projects that aim to synthesize business strategy with architecture. Erin’s experience is primarily on projects both regionally and internationally for global law firms, real estate firms, and developers, assisting each client in creating their identity and branding through the spaces in which they occupy. She strives to begin each real estate selection phase from a “big picture” perspective taking into account a wide range of details and variables in an effort to provide a well developed recommendation to a client beyond factors of efficiency. She takes special interest in innovative workplace strategy and research and using deductive reasoning to deliver a design that meets the needs and goals of each department or group within an organization.
In her free time she enjoys running and playing tennis…well, pretty much anything outdoors! She enjoys traveling to new places and is always up for a new activity and challenge!
