Laurence Caudle

Director of Housing

“Multifamily diversification is critical to the vitality and resiliency of our cities. We must seek more equitable design and policy solutions that prioritize occupant health and our planet.”

Laurence leads a diverse team of designers driving the mixed-use multifamily market forward in the District and beyond. A true DC local, he spearheads internal research and external advocacy for the use of modular, cross-laminated timber, and wood-frame technologies to address current housing affordability and sustainability concerns–even contributing testimony for the passing of amendments to the DC Comprehensive Plan. Laurence is also a husband, father, and established regular at Conference Room NE (aka St. Anselm).
